A statement of Negroes brought into this state by Lilburn L. Henderson a citizen of Washington and state of Virginia from the state of Tennessee Viz.

The above Slaves was formerly the property of William Henderson deceased of Sumner County Tennessee the Father of said Liburn and that he became the owner of said slaves previous to the passage of an act entitled an act concerning slaves dated at Richmond 9th January 1813 and that sixty days has not elapsed since the said slaves have been brought into this Commonwealth.

The following statement contains the names, ages, sexes, and description of six Slaves brought to this place yesterday from the State of Georgia for me.

Charles | A dark mulatto boy, son of Nancy very likely and six years of age |
Nat | Another dark mulatto boy, son of Nancy, very stout for his age, about nineteen months old |
The above named slaves, except Nat & Eudocia were sent by me to the state of Georgia in the beginning of the year eighteen hundred and eleven, when I had determined on a removal, with my family, to that Country.
