A Supplement to the 1870 Census of Washington Co. VA, Saltville District

It has long been known that the extreme NE section of Washington Co. VA was deficient for the 1870c. The present information is from a tax and work book which was presented to Mr. Troy Taylor through the courtesy of Ms. Shelia S. Hunt; it is excellent proof of the degree of the deficiency in the 1870c.
