- Captain Hudspeth’s District
- Captain Colvard’s District
- Captain Lovill’s District
- Captain Flen’s District – Note: This district was more difficult to read than others in this record.
- Captain Edwards’s District
- Captain Humphrey’s District
- Captain Benge’s District
- Captain Atkin’s District
- Captain Meridith’s District
