Grandma Medley
Grandma Medley (Margie Alice Carpenter) with Ernest Everett Medley, Baby Clema Frances Caudle and Rose Emma Caudill, taken in 1916.

Grandpa Medley (Thomas Jefferson) made the picket fence and they are in front of a huge Pampas grass plant that he got somewhere in his travels and planted in the yard. Mom said that he took really good care of his yard. This was on Mitchell's River, inside what is now the Reynolds Estate ...Mom said neighbors would get the "flowers" from the Pampas Grass to use for dusters..
