This is a picture of Andrew Franklin Phipps and his wife, Matilda Jane Kendrick. They raised a family on Cutter's Creek. The Phipps family arrived in Dickenson County around 1850. The Kendricks arrived later, after 1900. Desta Elliott

1. Annual Payment
You pay each year by check or PayPal. Your membership lasts for one year.
2. Recurring/Automatic Payment
You can set up a recurring payment for your membership so you don’t have to remember to renew every year. Your membership fee will automatically be charged to a credit card or PayPal account every year. This recurring payment can be stopped at the end of any membership year.
