Located in Ashe County, NC, very close to the Grayson-Ashe Line. From the Jct SR-16 (Jefferson Hwy) & Rd 856 (Mayberry Rd), go S on 856, to VA-NC Line. Continue on same rd, now NC SR 1573 (Old Hwy 16, a total distance from Jefferson Hwy of 0.54 mile, to jct with ST 1535 (Grassy Creek Rd). Turn L (E) onto 1535 and go 1.4 miles, to jct with SR 1547 (New River Cemetery Rd). Turn R (S) onto 1547 and go 0.4 mile to cemetery driveway/lane on L side of New River Cemetery Rd. From this point the cemetery is visible.

Cemetery is approximately 150 yards along this lane. Cemetery was fenced and well tended in 1996 and surveyed by Tena and Geneva S. Greer.
