Ordered that the overseers of the poor bind Margaret Bryant and Joseph Bryant, children of Susannah Bryant of this county to Peter Snider as the law directs.

On the motion of David Noblett and for reasons appearing to the
court it is ordered that Phillip Goines be summoned to appear here
at Aug court next to show cause why he has failed to deliver an
inventory and render his accounts as guardian for the orphans of
Lazurus Denney desceased.

John Henson his guardian whereupon the said John came into court

Overseers of the Poor vs John Brewer
His appearance at this court to answer the complaint for being the
father of a bastard child of which Elizabeth Roark has lately
delivered. Which said Elizabeth hath since making of the complaint
in this cause intermarried with Berry Hicks. John Brewer enter into
a recognisance himself in the sum of $100.00
